Comic 61

24 May 2013 Writing a comic for three panels is a whole different beast than writing a comic for four (as the old NSK, Normal School Kids, was formatted). The pacing is wholly different, the dialogue has to be constricted, and the punchline has to be extra punchy due to lack of available build up. While tweets may be the perfection of flash fiction, comics are the perfection of the concept behind “brevity is the soul of wit.” It only took me 75 words to explain that.
